Always good, but act fast
I've used these (with individual 2000 cc's) on 5 gallon bags in buckets. When I've done buckets I tend to do 5 at a time. I throw in the 2000+500 and then throw the other 5x500's in a pint jar with some rice and vacuum seal with a FoodSaver. I've had mixed results using the 500's to "pull-down" by themselves.
