Mimi’s Hot Cocoa Rice Krispies Treats —

These Hot Cocoa Rice Krispies Treats are cozy, chocolatey, and downright adorable when pressed into Christmas-shaped silicone molds. Ingredients

  • 6 cups Cocoa Rice Krispies

  • 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows

  • ¼ cup butter (½ stick)

  • ¼ cup hot cocoa mix (adds that perfect cocoa richness!)

  • Christmas silicone molds – gingerbread men, women, trees, or any festive shapes

Optional Toppings (if not using molds)

  • Mini marshmallows

  • Chocolate chips

  • Melted dark or white chocolate for drizzling

  • Crushed peppermint

Instructions

1. Melt the magic

In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
Stir in the hot cocoa mix until fully incorporated.

2. Add the crunch

Remove from heat and gently fold in the Cocoa Rice Krispies.
Mix until every cereal piece is coated in that hot-cocoa marshmallow goodness.

3. Shape the Christmas cheer

Spoon the warm mixture into your Christmas silicone molds.

If making pops, insert sticks before the mixture cools.

**4. If not using molds…

Spread mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.
