Things to keep in mind:

Only store food that does not need refrigeration. Use a plastic container for extra physical protection and store in a cool, dark place off the ground. Use extra absorption to lengthen storage time. Unused absorbers may be stored in a mason jar or vacuum sealed. All Mylar bags must be heat-sealed, (even zip locks) which is easily done with an iron or hair-straightening iron.

    I will not buy these again. With almost all of them they look like the oxygen is still in the bags. All the other bags I have purchased that have the zip top I could tell the oxygen was sucked out of them. I do not know if it is the bags or the oxygen absorbers causing the problem. I am probably going to have to redo all these bags just to be on the safe side. I have been happy with all the other products I have purchased, except for this particular set was not worth the money.

    PackfreshUSA was recommended to me by a friend for quality food storage. I ordered the bag variety pack with oxygen absorbers. Very happy with the products! High quality and design. Love the free bag sealer, thick bags, and well thought out design of the bags. Notch on bags for easy opening when needed. Will be ordering many more products once I finalize my decisions on most viable sizes and quantities. Can’t say enough about the high quality.
