    Just what I needed... for something else!

    I'm using these to store angel hair pasta. These are the only bags I could find 10 inches long and narrow. The angel hair is also 10 inches long, but I can cut off two inches and save those ends for stir fry and whatnot. This wonderful pouch will hold 2.5 ounces of uncooked angel hair (or any long pasta) which is just what we need for two people for a side with a great sauce. I used a 50cc OAP with them and it works like a charm.
