These Lucky Charm Cereal Krispy Treats are a colorful, magical twist on the classic cereal bar. The marshmallows from the cereal add extra sweetness and fun pops of color, making them perfect for St. Patrick’s Day, kids’ parties, or a Mimi-style kitchen treat.
Ingredients

6 cups Lucky Charms cereal

4 cups mini marshmallows

3 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional but delicious)

½ cup extra Lucky Charms marshmallows (optional for topping)
Instructions

Prepare the pan
Lightly grease a 9x13 pan with butter or line with parchment paper. -
Melt butter & marshmallows

In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter.

Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.

Add vanilla (optional)
Stir in the vanilla extract for a little extra flavor. -
Mix in cereal
Remove from heat and gently fold in the Lucky Charms cereal until coated. -
Press into pan
Transfer mixture to the pan and gently press down with a buttered spatula. -
Top with extra marshmallows
Sprinkle extra Lucky Charms marshmallows on top while warm. -
Cool & slice
Let cool about 30 minutes, then cut into squares.
